I recently purchase some creatine at the recommendation of a hockey friend.
I have had great results from using 2.5 g or a teaspoon of AST Creatine HSC immediately after a workout. One of my training mates put me onto creatine and it has been great advice.

I purchased the AST Creatine HSC from http://www.bodysupps.com.au and the container has over 700 servings and will last ages. AST also makes a normal Creatine product but I prefer the HSC.

I heard this talk/interview on the ABC News radio program. Norman Swan does have some interesting guest on his program.

I have had many people ask for creatine products lately. I have been directing them towards the AST Creatine HSC product. The label says the serving size is 2.5 gm or half a teaspoon but it doesn't mention how frequent to take this product. I know the other AST Micronised Creatine suggest a serving size of 5 gm 4 to 6 times a day during loading phase and twice daily during maintenance days.

Does anyone know what the serving recommendations are of the AST Creatine HSC loading and maintenance cycles? I have ask AST in Aust and USA.

AST Creatine is available at BodySupps at http://www.bodysupps.com.au/m-17-ast.aspx
